The Information We Collect and How We Use It

For ordinary visitors to who are not signed in, we only see your IP address and browser information. When viewing any website, your web browser sends your IP address and browser information to the server for that site. If you have installed the Cloudlook script, it may be used to repeatedly collect a variety of information about your server or cloud instance, including but not limited to: its hardware and software specification, free memory and disk space and CPU, memory and disk performance. You may examine the source code of the Cloudlook script to see exactly which pieces of information we are able to collect. This information will be used to present you with statistics relating to your server or instance, and may also be used in anonymized aggregate statistics that we may publish on or elsewhere. For the removal of any doubt, we will not publicly publish statistics from your server or instance in a manner that identifies you, your website, your email address, or any other personal or commercial identity.

Our servers may record parts of the above information in their log files, in order to help us track usage of and improve our services.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have appropriate electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure all information.

Accessing or Correcting Your Information

Upon request, we will make good faith efforts to inform you of any personal information we have stored, and correct or delete this information as desired. We will ask you to identify yourself and the appropriate information before fulfilling such as a request.
